制冷系统排污方法

制冷设备安装后,内部仍不可避免地会有焊渣、铁屑、氧化物、砂子等残留在系统内,为不使阀门、机组受损,避免过滤器、管道堵塞,在机组运行前必须排污。排污通常采用压力气体对管道、系统吹除的方法,吹除压力为o.6MPa。吹除工作可用压缩机、空压机、氮气瓶等作为气源。对于氟利昂系统,吹除工作最好用氮气进行,因为氟利昂对系统的含水量要求高,用压缩空气势必会带进水分。而氮气无腐蚀、无水分、不燃不爆、价格低廉,操作使用方便。

排污工作可分管段、楼层进行。排污口应设在各段的最低处。排污时,将系统所有接触外界大气的阀门全部关闭,其余阀门全开。在排污口可用木塞将所需吹除管段的口堵上(为安全起见,木塞用铁丝栓牢,或用麻袋套牢木塞,以防木塞飞出伤人)。当压力达到o.6MPa时,将木塞打掉,使气体迅速排出,以排出管道内的污物和水分。这样如此反复一至三次,直至将污物、水分除尽为止。排污工作应连续循序进行,直至全部清除。

排污的检查方法如下:放气时,在排污口的150-200mm处,放一块浸湿的白纱布或未干的白油漆板,气体吹过后无明显的污点为合格。在排污过程中,应尽量少开关阀门,以防污物损坏阀门的密封线。系统排污结束后,应拆卸清洗过滤器及阀门的阀心。
