Unit characteristics:

1. Shell: Made of high-strength steel plate that has undergone spray molding, and processed with the most advanced patented technology for high precision, ensuring rust resistance when used in acidic and alkaline gases. Equipped with a built-in foot cup type universal caster.

2. Compressor: Adopting internationally renowned brands such as Panasonic from Japan and Tantric series compressors from the United States, it has a large cooling capacity and operates quietly.

3. condenser: The shell and tube condenser is made of aluminum brass, which enhances corrosion resistance, has good heat dissipation effect, is easy to clean and maintain, and is easy to install.

4. Evaporator: Adopting a 304 stainless steel water tank coil design, it can continuously supply chilled water, reduce environmental heat absorption, improve refrigeration energy efficiency, be safe, and more hygienic.

5. Water pump: The standard configuration is made of Nanfang and Lingxiao stainless steel water pumps, which use two-stage motors with high efficiency, low power consumption, high pressure, low noise, low temperature rise, and convenient maintenance.

6. Waterway: All areas in contact with water are made of 304 stainless steel material.

7. Refrigerant throttle valve: The entire series adopts Danfoss and Emerson expansion valves.

8. Taiwan's well-known brand Bangpu microcomputer control, equipped with comprehensive intelligent monitoring and protection, including motor temperature control, phase sequence monitoring, manual reset locking, oil temperature monitoring, and precise temperature control within ± 1 degree temperature difference. Special models can reach plus or minus 0.1 degrees.

9. All electrical appliances adopt French Schneider or LG brands, which are efficient, environmentally friendly, safe, and have a long lifespan and are not prone to aging. Internally integrated with multiple protection and processing functions such as water interruption, low temperature, high pressure, anti freezing, phase loss, reverse phase, delayed start, overload, motor overheating, oil pressure difference, etc.

10. The refrigerant standard uses stable and high-strength R22, and environmentally friendly refrigerants such as R407C, R410A, R134A, R404A, etc. are also available for selection.
